What you’ll receive:

All dahlias have been grown on my farm. They will be true to type and will have at least one eye.

You’ll receive one tuber (not a clump) for each item purchased.

Tubers will vary in size and appearance: some are small, some are large; some are wrinkled, some are rock solid. As long as an eye is present, the tuber will grow. I have marked at least one eye on each tuber, with a black dot near the eye. Every tuber will be viable!

*****This year, some tubers are apt to have thin necks, as a response to the varied extreme growing conditions in New England in 2024. Some tubers will have masking tape applied, as a precaution, to help them survive storage. Tape will add a bit of rigidity and also prevent drying out. If you receive a taped tuber, rest assured that the neck is not broken! Please DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THE TAPE, as that might damage the tuber. The tape is biodegradable and will eventually break down.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact me, within 3 days of receipt, at dahliaobsession2021@gmail.com. After 3 days, you assume full responsibility for your tubers.

A note on inventory: at time of sale opening, inventory count is accurate. Please be aware that losses can occur during storage, despite our best efforts. If I am unable to fulfill all or part of your order, you will be refunded…I do not substitute varieties.

Shipping and Handling:

Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $20.00 per order, regardless of how many tubers are ordered.

YES, I’M HAPPY TO COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS! The first order will ship for $20.00, and each subsequent order will ship for $3.00. Please use the coupon code COMBINESHIPPING2025 (all caps) for reduced shipping on each subsequent order.

**Please, DO NOT use the coupon code on your first or only order.

**You MUST use the code to get the discount.

**No longer any need to email me with your order numbers!

Shipping will begin in mid April, depending on weather. I use USPS priority mail.

First order received is the first to ship…sorry, no early shipping.

Our planet is important to me…packing material is (mostly) reused, and tubers are packed in kiln dried hardwood chips; a woodworking byproduct that can be composted! If this supply runs out, tubers will be packed in kiln dried pine shavings, also compostable!
